Japanese Scientists Invent Robotic Slug Crawler Vehicle
Automaton reports that Japanese scientists from the Chiba Institute of Technology created this Robotic Slug Crawler Vehicle (SCV). The robot moves around on flexible, waterproof tread skin. Automaton has a photograph of what the inside of SCV looks like here. Take a look:
