Chandeliering Ice Phenomena Observed at Minnesota Lake

An interesting phenomena called chandeliering ice was observed on the shores of Medicine Lake, a lake in Minnesota. The video by Nadalie Thomas was broadcast on Kare11. The noise of ice shattering can also be heard. The temperature is cold enough to form ice, but the sun is partially melting it as it forms.
