Iran is Now Exporting Coronavirus Cases

New deaths and cases in Iran are a sign the Covid-19 coronavirus is becoming an increasing global threat. Cases have been climbing quickly outside of China over the past few days. Iran, which only recently started reporting cases, now has 18 cases and 4 deaths.
The Iran health ministry also made a frank announcement that the coronavirus could be in all of its cities, including Tehran, Babol, Arak, Isfahan and Rasht.

Over the past 24 hours there is also evidence is exporting cases of the virus. Canada and Lebanon have both reported new cases of coronavirus. In each case the patient had recently traveled to Iran. You can read more about the new Canada case in the Globe and Mail.
