West Nile Virus Expert Calls This Year's Outbreak Disturbing

Professor Mike Raupp, of the University of Maryland College of Agriculture, says this year's West Nile Virus outbreak is "quite disturbing." Dallas County in Texas has been particularly hard hit with hundreds of severe cases and at least 10 deaths. There are at least 20 deaths in the state of Texas according to the latest case count. Raupp does believe the aerial spraying can be effective. He also understands concerns over the use of insecticides. He says the benefits far outweigh the risks. Take a look:
