Gopher Makes Home Under Rocket Launch Pad at Russian Space Facility in Kazakhstan

The Atlantic reports that a curious little gopher has made its home under the rocket launch pad at Baikonur, a Russian space facility in Kazakhstan. The gopher was filmed when a Russian space agency official left his camera near the hole. The first clip is from ITN and the second clip is the original video posted by the Russian official. The gopher tries to eat the camera in the second clip - around the 2 minute mark. Take a look:
