Hexapod Robot Taught to Play Piano and Chess

A hexapod robot, named Chiara, has been taught how to play Ode to Joy. The first part of the video is the explanation of how the robot was taught to see the keys and play Ode to Joy. The robot begins playing around the 2:15 mark. Take a look:

The Chiara robot is an open source educational robot, developed at Carnegie Mellon University's Tekkotsu lab.
