Honeybees Battle Japanese Giant Hornet With Vibrating Heat Ball Technique

The Japanese giant hornet (Vespa mandarinia japonica), is a subspecies of the Asian giant hornet. It can grow as large as 1.6 inches long. The hornet has a venom which can dissolve skin tissue. The Wikipedia entry says people stung by the hornet require hospital treatment.
