Tiny Cow is World's Smallest

Swallow, a tiny sheep-sized Dexter cow owned by Martyn and Caroline Ryder, is the world's smallest cow. Swallow lives on a farm in the West Yorkshire region of northern England. Guinness World Records says Swallow measures about 33 inches (84 centimeters) from hind to foot. There are more videos of Swallow at BBC News.
