Watermelons are Exploding in China

Chinese farmers overused growth chemicals and now their watermelons are exploding. One farmer explaining the problem said he counted more exploded watermelons each day.

The ruined watermelons is being fed to fish and pigs. This is probably a bad idea because humans will likely end up consuming these animals.

The combination of the growth accelerator and a wet growing season appears to have led to the problem. Take a look:
