Governor Schwarzenegger Launches Fitness Website

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the actor, bodybuilder and California Governor, has launched a website called Active Ca to help California citizens get in shape. The goal of the website is to get people physically active and it includes a Governor's Challenge which challenges Californians to improve their level of physical activity.

California residents can sign up for an Active CA membership and track their activity levels with an personalized Active CA calendar. The website encourages members to be active for 30-60 minutes 3 days each week.

The website at activeca.org still contains health information but it is no longer being updated.
