Team Flies a 45 Foot, 800 Pound Paper Airplane as Part of Challenge to Encourage Kids to be Engineers

The Pima Air and Space Museum in Arizona successfully flew a 45-foot paper airplane designed by engineers. The point of the challenge was to get kids to think about engineering and design. The 800 pound paper airplane was named Arturo's Desert Eagle after the young man who won a paper airplane contest. Arturo had a great time hanging out with the engineers who made the giant paper airplane. He said before this experience he wasn't sure of his career path, but after working with the engineering team he knows that he wants to be an engineer. Take a look:
