A-Pod is a Hexapod Ant Robot

A-Pod is an impressive looking hexapod ant robot. It uses a total of 25 servos. It was created by Kare Halvorsen in Norway, the robot developer behind Zenta robots.

The sleek black ant robot is made from PVC and high-quality aluminum servo erector set brackets. A kit for making the hardware for A-Pod is sold on robotshop.com. Here is A-Pod collecting twigs and mulch outdoors. Take a look:
