Conjoined Gray Whale Calves Found in Lagoon in Mexico

Fisherman found the body of two conjoined gray whale calves in Mexico's Laguna Ojo de Liebre lagoon on January 5th. The whales are linked at the waist. CBS News reports that Benito Bermudez, a marine biologist with Mexico's National Natural Protected Areas Commission (CONANP), says the conjoined whales were found alive, but lived just a few hours.
