NASA Shares Witch Head Nebula Image for Halloween

NASA shared this amazing image of the Witch Head nebula on Instagram for Halloween. A blue colored image of the Witch Head nebula can be seen here.
The nebula is located hundreds of light-years away in the Orion constellation. The infrared image was taken by NASA's Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE). Infant stars are brewing in the nebula's billowy clouds. The clouds are glowing green with infrared light because the dust in them is being illuminated by massive stars.
