Ancient Roman Laundry Unearthed Near Vatican

An ancient Roman laundry has been unearthed near the Vatican. The ancient laundry had mosaic-tiled floors and large tubs used to clean clothes.
Fox News reports that archaeologists think the site was initially built as an imperial residence overlooking the Tiber River. It was later converted into a fullonica.
